We stand behind the research and quality of our supplement products, Headzen. If this is your first order and you have used the product for at least 3 weeks and are not satisfied please let us know immediately, we will try and do everything we can to help you.
Notice must be made within 35 days of placing your order. Any money back will be less shipping costs if applicable.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on clothing due to the policies of our third party printer.

Shipping
We love our Customers and want to make our product as affordable as we can. We offer Free Shipping on every order of Headzen shipped to an address within the United States. For our International Customers outside of the U.S. we have added a discount to the regular charges. The shipping costs on the website reflect the already discounted price.

T-Shirts
Shipping cost for shirts and tanks is $3.99 for the first shirt, add $2.00 each additional shirt.
Please allow 5-13 business days for your product to arrive. All shirts are custom made to order.

INTERNATIONAL

Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import and covid policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products, it is up to you to double check your country's import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded.

We currently ship all packages with DDU (delivery and duties UNPAID). This means your package is usually delivered by local mail carrier at the final destination or you may be required to collect the parcel from the postal facility directly. Your mail carrier may or may not charge duties and taxes. We do not collect taxes and duties during checkout and therefore you are responsible for paying these if you are required. If you have questions regarding how/when duties and taxes are charged, we advise contacting your Customs office directly.
